This place is in a wonderful location, close to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful neighborhood to take walks around. The home is well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels and sheet sets. The host and his staff were quick to respond to questions. I didn’t want to leave!

Casablanca is a wonderful place to stay for short term rental. It has everything that you could want plus it’s in an ideal location in Hyde Park.
The space is layed out nicely for a remote working opportunity with a desk and sufficient wifi connection. I especially liked the sunlight during the day in the apartment. The bedroom and walk in closet are spacious and the living area has very comfortable chairs and couch and tv has cable and Roku. The place is stocked with many kitchen amenities and ready to cook any meal. There are linens, towels and iron and vacuum. A very clean apartment as well as common area.
Parking was super easy in the lot in back…. I never had to park on street but David placed my car on residential street parking list for my entire stay so I never worried I wouldn’t find a spot.
I brought my dog and she was welcomed by the neighbors and their dogs as well. We found a dog park only 4 blocks away near the community ballpark.
Casablanca is within walking distance to two groceries and lots of dining options. Plus the neighborhoods are fun to walk through… charming little places mingled in with larger homes and neighboring subdivisions with gorgeous estates.
This rental was a super surprise to find… I located my rental through Craigs list and David was very responsive to my initial request and throughout my stay.
Next time I am back in Tampa, I’ll definitely look to reserve an apartment at Casablanca again!

I needed a place to stay short term while completing an internship in the area. Coming from another state and being there short term I needed a furnished place and Casablanca was beautiful. The apartment had everything I needed from plates and bowls to silverware and measuring cups. The decorations made it feel like a home even though I had just moved there. I never had an issue with parking in the front or behind the building. The building is in the perfect area walking distance to Hyde Park while also being able to walk to various different restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. I never felt unsafe walking in the area and everyone I passed seemed friendly. David was wonderful to work with and accommodated the time I needed to be there even though it was short. I would move back to Casablanca in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it more!

I lived at the Casablanca apartments for 2 years. The location is great and minutes from Hyde Park, Bayshore, Soho, and more. The building is very charming, while the units are filled with lots of natural light and hardwood floors. Management and Maintenance are also highly responsive. This is definitely the best value you will find in such a desirable area, and I enjoyed my time living there.

Thank you for allowing me to stay in apartment #6 in your apartment building. Located in the upscale area of Hyde Park, this apartment had everything I needed. Very modern, contemporary style 1 bedroom apartment with wood floors, washer/dryer included in unit, TV/internet, plenty of space, and large kitchen with all utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses included. Everything was neat and clean in this unit and I had stayed for a few months in town for work. Parking is available in the street up front, or in the alleyway in the back reserved for the residents/tenants. Area is very nice with many restaurants and bars all walking distance away. I definitely recommend this apartment, and would stay in the future if I return to the Tampa Bay area.

If you are looking for a quality, fully furnished apartment, I highly recommend you checking further into how to become the next tenant. In my current profession as a Travel Nurse, it can be difficult at times to find a well put together fully furnished apartment where the owner or property manager is willing to lease on a short-term basis. The apartment was perfectly appointed with ample closet space, great bathroom, an excellent kitchen with updated appliances and washer and dryer. The owner and building manager provided me with a great experience during my stay and were readily available, polite and responsive to all my inquiries. The location of the apartment was another factor that made my experience in Tampa a success because it was located within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. I will surely come back in the near future if I pursue another nursing assignment in the Tampa area and I have also recommended this apartment to my fellow travel nurses.

For anyone who isn’t from the area, it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood but is just blocks away from the best restaurants, bars, and shops that Tampa has to offer. Berns’ Steakhouse, the best in Florida, is right down the road and there is a grocery store two blocks away. It could not be a more perfect location for a long-term stay. I worked in downtown Tampa during this period and it was a five minute drive to my office. Fantastic. The apartment was brand-new, clean, and could not have been any better.

Working with Hyde Park Historical Restoration at Casablanca apartments was easily one of the best rental experiences I have EVER had. David Machson and the rest of the team at HPHR were always readily available when I had questions or concerns and always addressed them within a timely manner. During my two years living at Casablanca, I always felt comfortable knowing that they had my best interests in mind and consistently kept the building in fantastic shape, even making major improvements over the extent of my stay. I’m very sad to be leaving but will always be very thankful for my time there. Given the chance, I would rent with them again.

I have been coming to Tampa for over 12 years and I am familiar with the best parts of town. David’s place is right smack in the middle of them! You can’t pick a better location than this – right in-between Hyde Park and Soho. All Howard Avenue restaurants and bars and all Hyde Park Village shops, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. So is Bayshore Boulevard and its wonderful strip for running and cycling. This is by far the best location where I have ever stayed and I am sure to return soon. It was also beautifully renovated and furnished. Thank you David!

“I enjoyed my stay at the Casablanca. Great location in South Tampa close to Downtown and Hyde Park Village. The unit itself was spacious and spotless with contemporary furnishings throughout the living space, kitchen, and bathroom. David set the expectation that when I arrived all I had to do was hang up my clothes and turn on the cable television and he did not disappoint. David, himself, provided top notch professionalism in all of our dealings and his team (Johan and David R.) were equally professional and responsive to every text and email. My husband and I stayed in the Suite EROS condo. It was a great experience that I am grateful for. Not only was the unit clean, quiet, safe, trendy and up to date, it was in a beautiful area within walking distance to many great things, including Hyde Park.
The condo provided us with a place we called home and we left a piece of our heart there when we left. Most importantly, the manager and property owner were readily accessible if and when we needed something. They were great to work with and went out of there way to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be.
We had ample parking all of the time and a place for our bikes that was convenient and safe also. HIGHLY recommend!!!
